When will I receive my training materials?

Once your purchase has been processed the training materials are sent to your email instantly.

Why can’t  I find my training materials?

If you do not see your training materials you will need to check your spam/junk folder. Then move them to your inbox so that you are able to download them.

Is there a training manual available?

Not at the moment. We are currently developing one. In the meantime we do have training packages for new staff, hotel English, Beverage Service. These are available on the training packages page.
